About Sophistikitten
Sophistikitten started from a love of the fashion and style of the
1930s, 40s and 50s and a search for the perfect pair of French knickers.
Sophistikitten is based in England and all items are lovingly
designed and made to order in house. Garments are not mass produced
in sweatshops by exploited workers which means that you, the customer,
can order a unique, quality item with a clear conscience.
In crafting the ranges I can indulge in my love of high quality
materials. Searching for the perfect fabric means that I am able
to offer you clothes in materials hard to find in mass produced
garments. Beautiful gabardines, crepes, silks and satins form
the basis of my collection. From time to time I am also able to
offer unique vintage material.
Ordering and Custom Orders
As all items are hand made to order please allow up to 4 weeks for
delivery. If an item is likely to take longer I will inform you
immediately upon receipt of order.
Please feel free to request custom measurements if you feel you
do not fall within the stated sizes. Similarly if you are tall
or petite and need adjustments to the length of the skirts please
do let me know. Some custom orders do incur a small charge, please
email me for details.
The fabric selection is available in small, limited runs. If
you are looking for a particular colour or fabric and cannot see
it listed please do contact me. I may be able to source exactly
what you are looking for.
Payment
Sophistikitten accepts payment via PayPal, a secure payment system.
You do not need a PayPal account to order with us, just a credit
or debit card.

Returns
As all items are made to order I am only able to accept return of
unworn, clean items under exceptional circumstances and only if
you contact me within 10 days of receiving your order.
If you are unsure of what size to order please do contact me
for advice. I want you to be happy with your garments.
Care of Items
We recommend hand washing all lingerie in cool water, using gentle
soap flakes or hand washing liquid.
Sophistkitten skirts are dry-clean only except for Dora skirts
which are machine-washable.

We take privacy very seriously. Any information given to us is
treated as private and confidential and not given to any third
parties. Your information will only be used in relation to your
enquiry or order with us.
