Ordering

All our items are hand made to order so please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. Our fabric selection is available in small, limited runs. If you are looking for a particular colour or fabric and cannot see it listed please do contact us.

Custom Orders

We do not offer made to measure items: however we are able to offer custom orders in certain circumstances. Perhaps you need a particular colour or fabric that isn't offered on the website. Please do contact us and we can see what we can do. Custom orders may inccur a small additional charge.

Payment

We accept payment via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to order with us, just a credit or debit card.

Shipping

All items are shipped by Royal Mail first class 'signed for' and charged at a flat fee of £3.
Overseas items are shipped by airmail. Non European Union customers are charged a flat fee of £5, please use the button below for non-EU order

Returns

Items are made to order so we are only able to accept return of unworn, clean lingerie under exceptional circumstances and only if you contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. If you are unsure of what size to order please do contact us for advice.

Care of Items

We recommend hand washing all lingerie in cool water, using gentle soap flakes or hand washing liquid.
